Rental Details

Rental Rate:
12’ Wide Deluxe 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Park Model for $1200.00 per week plus 7% state lodging tax.

Park Model Includes:

• Stove, Refrigerator
• Coffee Maker
• Microwave
• Cookware
• Service for 5 persons
• Blankets and pillows 
  (*You must provide your own linens) 
• Outdoor Gas Grill
• Deck with Hard Roof
   
  

*Linens Required:  Back bedroom has queen bed.  Front bunks have a full bed as well as a twin bed.  Towels and face clothes.

A 50% deposit is required for in-season weekly park model rentals.

NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR RENTAL UNITS.

• Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Checkout time is 11:00 am.
• A security deposit will be due at the time of check-in:
  $150.00 for park models, This will be refunded at checkout after inspection of rental unit.
• All rental guests must checkout at front office.
• NO pets allowed in rental units or on site.
• NO smoking in rental units.
• NO Overnight guests allowed in rental units
• One vehicle per rental unit.
